Warranty Policy
  Warranty Coverage: SPITZER warrants to the original purchaser of all SPITZER products that if any Cart (Remote or Electric or Manual) or Range Finders or any part thereof proves to be defective within 1 Year from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced ( at Company discretion ), without charge to the owner. Warranty coverage applies to only purchases through spitzerproducts.com or spitzergolf.com websites. Any other retail outlets through which a SPITZER product item is purchased from will have its own applicable warranty coverage details and will not apply to products purchased from this website.

Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to items that would be considered normal wear and tear, such as tires, batteries (see below for specific battery warranty) and remote controls. This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or to a product which has been used in violation of the operating instructions.

Battery Warranty (Pro-rated):
Lead Acid: 90 days
Lithium Ion Type: 1 year

Warranty Coverage is only available for USA and Canada. All other regions will be serviced at the discretion of SPITZER Products.

This Warranty is NOT transferable.

LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY: IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR: LOSS OF USE OF YOUR PRODUCT OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR GOLF TROLLEY PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK; ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE NEITHER YOU NOR SPITZER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.

Warranty Service: While under the valid warranty period, contact us at support@spitzerproducts.com with the problem. Warranty service will require prepayment of the shipping charge by the buyer and to return the defective product to SPITZER Products with the original invoice and a brief note mentioning the return reason. It will be repaired or exchanged (at SPITZER Products' discretion) and shipped back to the customer in a timely manner.
