How to Submit for a Return/Exchange:
We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and
tracking numbers as SPITZER will not be held responsible for lost
packages shipped back to us. Once we receive your package, we will call
or email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to
confirm your return
or exchange. After we process your request, we will again notify you by
phone call or email to let you know when your credit has been refunded
or your exchange sent out.

- 3. On the back of the invoice, please state the problem with your product
- 4. Attach invoice with the shipment
